Jeff Lahti Physical Therapy is a private practice that specializes in the rehabilitation of orthopedic/athletic injuries and biomechanical assessment of the overhead throwing athlete. I provide a one on one treatment experience with my patients and encourage them to be an active participant in setting and achieving their goals.
I DO NOT accept insurance but I DO accept Flex/HSA/Self pay

23+ years of Physical Therapy experience in various levels of sports rehab, professional sports, and the private outpatient therapy environment. Most recently, I was the Minnesota Twins Physical Therapist from 2018-2020. Current owner of Sports and Beyond LLC.
